Job Description: 3M is seeking a Global Ocean Logistics Sourcing Analyst to support global ocean freight sourcing, rate management, contract administration, spend analytics, supplier coordination, and transportation reporting. In this role, you will partner with logistics sourcing, regional transportation teams, freight forwarders, carriers, finance, freight audit and payment teams, and other stakeholders to support efficient, cost-effective, and data-driven ocean logistics operations. Key Responsibilities • Support ocean freight sourcing activities, including spot quote processes in Ship Angel, rate card management, and ocean benchmark reporting through Drewry and Xeneta. • Upload weekly ocean freight rates into AS400 for 3M Mexico, Brazil and other country specific and regions as needed. • Support freight forwarders and carriers with the collection, completion, and processing of required transportation and regulatory documentation. • Provide support to transportation teams for operational issues related to ocean services, reporting and metrics. • Improve and maintain ocean spot quote processes, including quote tracking, analysis, and reporting. • Upload, pull, validate, and maintain ocean rate cards and related pricing documentation. • Track and file contract amendments and maintain accurate contract documentation. • Manage ocean contract cataloging, integrity assessments, vendor creation and support ongoing contract administration. • Track and report MQC performance and related ocean freight commitments. • Manage quarterly BAF and fuel-related updates including ocean surcharges. • Support top 20 lane year-over-year analysis and rate compliance activities. • Upload accessorial fees to APAC GCS, Data2Logistics freight audit and payment systems, and other applicable platforms. • Create the annual Global Spend File in Q1 and support ongoing spend and volume reporting for finance. • Consolidate internal and supplier-provided data to create spend analytics by mode, including year-over-year and year-to-date views. • Leverage 3PL invoice data across all modes of transportation to create interim Power BI spend and shipment profile dashboards. • Maintain vendor repositories by logistics service type to improve visibility and sourcing support. • Support GEP and IPS project management, savings reporting, and dashboard development for cost reduction, cost avoidance, and working capital projects reporting support to sourcing leaders, including savings calculation and upload assistance. • Partner closely with global and regional logistics finance teams to support finance reporting and data accuracy. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Three years of experience in logistics sourcing, ocean freight, transportation, supply chain, procurement, freight forwarding, finance reporting, analytics, or a related field. • Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with ocean freight sourcing, spot quotes, rate management, contract management, or transportation procurement. • Strong analytical, reporting, and data consolidation skills. • Experience with spend analytics, savings tracking, finance reporting, or Power BI dashboards. • Familiarity with tools and systems such as AS400, GEP, IPS, APAC GCS, Data2Logistics, freight audit and payment platforms, or TMS and ERP such as SAP, Blue Yonder, Oracle. • Strong attention to detail when working with rate cards, contracts, invoices, supplier data, and financial reports. • Ex
