About the role
E&I Technician • Location: Geel About the job Als E&I Technieker ben je mede verantwoordelijk van het onderhoudsprogramma om de efficiëntie en prestaties van de elektriciteit en instrumentatie (E&I) apparatuur te maximaliseren. Je voert het algemeen preventief, predictief en correctief onderhoud uit binnen de afdeling utility’s en sustainability. Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, de verschillende onderhouds- en productieafdelingen. Je werkt volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen. En dit alles binnen de vooropgestelde planning. Main responsibilities: • Expertrol op het gebied van E&I-systemen, inclusief middenspanningsapparatuur. • Ondersteunt de supervisor/system owner en technici met technische expertise op het gebied van elektriciteit (inclusief middenspanning) en instrumentatie. • Ondersteunt onderhoudsprojecten en shutdowns. • Voert storingsanalyses uit en lost storingen op aan productie gerelateerde automatisatiesystemen (Siemens S7 en Emerson DeltaV) en meetinstrumenten. • Documenteert kennis en treedt op als interne trainer om de continuïteit en kwaliteit van het onderhoudsproces te waarborgen. • Opvolging van werkzaamheden door externe firma’s • Documenteren van werkzaamheden in maintenance software. • Werkzaamheden uitvoeren in een cGMP farmaceutische-omgeving • Je neemt eigenaarschap voor veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkplek. • Specifieke assignements/verbeterinitiatieven tot een goed einde kunnen brengen About you • Je behaalde een bachelor in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring • Je bent polyvalent inzetbaar voor E&I opdrachten als taken op het vlak van meet -en regeltechniek. • Kennis frequentie drives en meet- en regelsystemen. • Kennis van automatisatiesystemen zoals PLC (Siemens S7) en DCS (Delta V). • Ervaring met industriele communicatiesystemen (Profibus, Fieldbus, Profinet,...). • Ervaring in een technische functie in de farmaceutische sector of ervaring met werking binnen een cGMP-omgeving is een pluspunt. • Je kan vlot met PC werken: MS office, etc. • Je bent een teamplayer maar kan ook goed zelfstandig werken • Je bent communicatief ingesteld • Je hebt een flexibele, collegiale instelling • Je neemt deel aan een wachtsysteem • Veiligheid staat ten alle tijde centraal • Je werkt mee aan continue verbeteren en hecht veel belang aan verbetermogelijkheden Why choose us? • Werken in een high-tech omgeving • Gebruik maken van verschillende opleidingsmogelijkheden • Werken in een toffe, collegiale sfeer • Kiezen voor een dynamische sector met groeiperspectieven • Gevarieerd takenpakket voor technician Pursue Progress .
