A Day in the Life Medtronic’s Singapore Supply Chain function is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of medical technologies that support healthcare professionals and patients across the region. The team collaborates closely with commercial, marketing, inventory, logistics and global manufacturing partners to balance customer demand, product availability and inventory performance across multiple operating units. This role is based in Pasir Panjang office and operates in a Flex/Hybrid work environment. No travel is required. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute supply plans, optimise inventory performance, maintain planning master data and support product availability to meet customer demand. Primary Responsibilities • Develop and execute supply plans to support customer demand and business requirements across assigned operating units. • Review inventory positions, analyse supply requirements and place stock transfer orders with sourcing plants and downstream distribution partners. • Partner with Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Country Managers and other stakeholders to align supply plans with business priorities. • Monitor product availability and implement actions to improve service levels while optimising inventory investment. • Analyse inventory trends and recommend strategies supporting product launches, product phase-outs and changing market conditions. • Managing Phase In Phase out products based on Regulatory License dates across SEA markets • Collaborate with inventory management teams to identify and mitigate inventory obsolescence and write-off risks. • Communicate product availability, supply constraints and inventory insights to key stakeholders. • Maintain planning system master data and update Inventory Optimisation (IO) parameters to support accurate planning outcomes.   Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory planning or operations management. • Experience in supply planning and inventory management within a complex supply chain environment. • Experience in supply chain analysis, inventory reporting and demand or supply planning processes. • Experience using enterprise resource planning or supply chain planning systems. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Preferred Qualifications • Experience within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry. • Experience using SAP R/3, Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) Supply Network Planning (SNP), Blue Yonder Planning , or similar supply chain planning systems. • Experience supporting product lifecycle activities including product launches, transitions and phase-outs. • Knowledge of inventory optimisation methodologies and supply planning best practices. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional commercial, marketing and operations teams.   Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  ‌ ‌     Recruitment Fraud Alert   We are aware of phishing scams
