Job Description As a Producer Commissions Consultant II, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely administration of producer compensation programs. You will manage commission processes, analyze complex compensation structures, and support compliance with industry regulations and company policies. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with producers and business partners. The ideal candidate has experience in insurance or financial services and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for producers regarding commission inquiries, statements, and payment discrepancies. Build and maintain strong relationships by providing timely, accurate information and delivering exceptional service while resolving issues professionally and efficiently. • Manage the administration of producer compensation programs, including calculating, processing, and reconciling commission payments. Ensure all payments are accurate, timely, and aligned with established business guidelines, contracts, and compensation plans. • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline commission processes, workflows, and procedures. Implement best practices and leverage technology solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across commission operations. • Maintain accurate and organized records of commission agreements, transactions, and producer communications. Prepare, review, and distribute commission statements, reports, and supporting documentation to internal and external stakeholders as needed. • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, licensing standards, disclosure obligations, and reporting requirements. Monitor industry changes and regulatory updates to support ongoing compliance and minimize risk. • Utilize commission management systems and other business tools to automate and improve commission processes. Partner with technology and operations teams to enhance system functionality, resolve issues, and maintain data accuracy and integrity. • Analyze commission data, trends, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvements and program optimization. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) to support data analysis, validate commission data, and provide insights and recommendations that enhance producer productivity and support business objectives. • Interpret and administer a variety of compensation structures, including base commissions, bonuses, incentives, and performance-based compensation programs. Collaborate with business partners to implement and manage compensation plans that support organizational goals while maintaining compliance with applicable requirements.
