This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering in the Exposure Management & Security Operations department. As a Senior DevOps Engineer for the SecOps product group at Zscaler, you will own and evolve the cloud infrastructure, reliability, and deployment ecosystem across multiple SaaS cybersecurity products. In this position, you will drive a major impact on production maturity, scalability, developer productivity, and product integration as the organization continues to grow. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving • Demonstrated experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or SRE in production environments, with deep expertise in AWS cloud services • Comprehensive experience managing production Kubernetes workloads, specifically AWS EKS, Docker containerization, and Helm charts • Extensive hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terragrunt, combined with CI/CD automation via GitHub Actions and GitLab CI • Practical knowledge of GitOps methodologies with ArgoCD, alongside observability tools like Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Alertmanager • Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Go, or similar languages What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Demonstrate a proven ab
