About the role

The Role As Infrastructure Support Engineer, you are the first technical point of contact for our customers when something goes wrong with their VMs or GPUs. You dig into logs, find the root cause, fix what you can, and keep customers in the loop until the issue is solved. This is a hands-on execution role – perfect if you love solving real infrastructure problems and want to grow with a fast-moving AI cloud. What You'll Do • Receive and respond to customer issues with VM and GPU infrastructure, mainly via chat • Investigate problems such as a machine going down by checking logs and identifying the cause • Fix issues directly where you can • Coordinate with our data centre partners and internal teams when needed • Keep customers updated until their issue is resolved • Provide technical coverage during European business hours What We're Looking For • Experience in technical support, SRE or sysadmin roles • Strong Linux skills: logs, SSH, basic networking • Understanding of VMs and basic GPU setup (drivers, CUDA) • Structured troubleshooting: you find root causes, not just symptoms • High sense of urgency, don't keep customers waiting • Clear written English for customer chat, German is a plus • Reliable availability during European business hours • You prefer hands-on execution over managing others Bonus Points • Experience at a networking, hosting or cloud company • Hands-on exposure to GPU or HPC environments • Previous experience in fast-moving startup environments, ability to adjust quickly and take ownership Why us? • Outstanding team: Work with some of the best engineers in the world, coming from hedge funds, big tech, AI startups and top universities • Once in a lifetime opportunity: Early-stage company in the fastest-growing market in the world • Ownership: Shape how European AI companies access GPU compute • European mission: Build sovereign, GDPR-compliant AI infrastructure for the next generation of deep-tech Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
