Partecipa al nostro Management Career Program (m/f/d): un percorso strutturato e dinamico di 12 mesi, pensato per formare i futuri Branch Manager. Dopo ogni fase, sosterrai un esame di assessment per accedere a quella successiva. Al termine, superato l’esame finale, potrai guidare una filiale come Branch Manager, con il tuo team e i tuoi obiettivi! Inizio programma: Lunedì 2 Novembre 2026 IL TUO RUOLO IN SIXT • Training on the job: vivi l’esperienza della filiale lavorando attivamente al banco e collaborando progressivamente nella gestione delle attività con il Branch Manager (check-in, vendite, flotta), con un focus su customer service e rilevamento danni. • Training in aula e online: formazione erogata dai responsabili dei vari dipartimenti (flotta, controllo danni, veicoli commerciali e camion). • E-Learning: arricchisci la tua esperienza attraverso moduli formativi specifici su operations, leadership e team management. • Job Rotation nelle filiali chiave: supporti i Senior Branch Manager e collabori a progetti insieme agli Area Director. • Valutazioni regolari: ogni fase si conclude con un assessment, culminando in un esame finale per ottenere il ruolo di Branch Manager. LE TUE COMPETENZE CONTANO • Titolo di studio Sei in possesso di una Laurea in discipline pertinenti o hai un’esperienza professionale in contesti affini . • Esperienza e Attitudine manageriale Porti con te esperienze preziose da settori come Retail o Turismo, hai una mentalità orientata agli obiettivi, ti entusiasma la gestione del team ed eccelli nel servizio al cliente. • Talento per le vendite Sei motivato e ti piace il contatto diretto con i Clienti, ed hai un talento naturale per le vendite. • Lingue straniere Possiedi eccellenti capacità comunicative sia in forma scritta che orale della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di altre lingue la consideriamo un plus. • Flessibilità Sei disposto a lavorare su turni, compresi i fine settimana e i giorni festivi, con un approccio flessibile agli orari di lavoro. Sei disponibile a trasferte e trasferimenti su tutto il territorio nazionale. • Patente di guida Possiedi una patente di guida valida con almeno 12 mesi di esperienza di guida. COSA OFFRIAMO • Programma formativo di crescita personale e professionale percorso strutturato in 12 mesi che ti prepara al tuo primo ruolo manageriale. • Inquadramento contratto iniziale a tempo determinato della durata di 1 anno. CCNL noleggio e autorimesse livello B3 • Pacchetto retributivo stipendio base competitivo (RAL 32.000 €) con bonus legati alle prestazioni. • Benefici esclusivi per i dipendenti tariffe dedicate per i tuoi noleggi estendibili ad amici o parenti. • Ticket restaurant del valore di 8 euro per ogni giorno lavorato.
