About the role

Telesales · SumUp The Role We’re looking for a Senior CRM Administrator to join our Telesales Team. This is not a “keep-the-lights-on” role - it’s a seat at the table. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, process design, and people, shaping how our inbound and outbound telesales teams operate day to day. You’ll contribute to our global Salesforce environment and, just as importantly, challenge the status quo, asking why a process works the way it does, finding the friction in how our reps sell, and rolling out tooling and automation that genuinely make a difference to the people using them. You’ll also work alongside the tools and partners that bring AI into our telesales setup, helping to evaluate, integrate, and get the best out of them. If you love turning inefficient, manual workflows into elegant, well-integrated systems - and you know how to bring stakeholders along for the ride - this is your kind of role. What You’ll Do • Own and drive relevant and cross-team projects for process improvements across inbound and outbound telesales workflows, identifying friction points and designing scalable, well-integrated solutions. • Evaluate, integrate, and get the best out of CRM-adjacent tooling - diallers, sequencing tools, conversation intelligence, and AI-powered solutions - working closely with the teams and vendors who build them. • Support key AI initiatives in the telesales setup - for example, contributing to the transition to a new AI calling provider, the rollout of a sales rep copilot, and conversational-insight tools that draw on calls, email, and chat - by handling the CRM integration, data flow, configuration, and adoption. • Contribute to continuously improving the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce telesales domain - automations, internal support agents, reporting, and data quality. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product - and, together with our Product Manager, translate business needs into effective CRM solutions. • Communicate clearly and confidently - from writing requirements and documentation to presenting recommendations to sales management. • Analyse CRM data and usage patterns to surface insights, track adoption, and measure the impact of changes. • Train and support end users, building a culture of CRM adoption and best practice across the telesales organisation. • Stay ahead of the curve - keeping up with Salesforce releases, ecosystem tooling, and industry trends to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team. Must-haves • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a sales or revenue operations environment, in a fast-paced setting. • Strong technical understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, automations, security/permissions, SOQL, and 3rd-party integrations. • Hands-on experience integrating and working with 3rd-party tools - from scoping and designing secure data flows through to configuration and user adoption. • Experience contributing to AI solutions in previous roles - whether 3rd-party AI tools or other solutions you helped evaluate, integrate, or roll out - and a genuine curiosity for how AI can improve sales workflows. • Familiarity with SQL and analytics tooling allow you to not just fix problems, you use your analytical, process-improvement mindset to prevent them. • Excellent stakeholder management: you can navigate competing priorities and influence without authority. • A clear, confident communicator - equally comfortable writing a technical spec and presenting to a non-technical audience. Nice-to-haves • Experience with telesales tooling, especially contact-centre and voice AI tooling (e.g. Aircall, Five9, Gong, claap.io, Outreach, MixMax, or similar) - with a track record of bringing out
