The pay range is $106,000.00 - $212,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The role of a Store Director can provide you with the skills and experience of : • Managing a large team of hourly team members and leaders as well as leaders of leaders • Recruiting, selecting, talent management and talent planning across all departments of the store • G uest service fundamentals and experience building and leading a guest - first culture across the store • R etail business financials ( e.g. payroll, profit and loss) and driving sales growth • C reating store - specific strategies and managing your team to deliver results • R etail business fundamentals for total store , including understanding sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns and satisfaction, pricing and promotions strategies and specialty businesses ; teach and train your leaders on the same business ac umen • Setting and planning total store quarterly business priorities and managing a team to meet sales goals • Building partnerships with and leveraging key partners ( e.g. Assets Protection, Food & Beverage, Human Resources) to support store performance and business growth • M ak ing business decisions by assessing market competition, understand ing guest insights and feedback As a Store Director , no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: Cultivate a guest-centric and engaged team • Consistently delivers guest experience commitments • Leads with confidence, care and purpose to drive a guest obsessed culture that relentlessly delivers the guest experience standard for Target’s brand promise. • Holds direct reports accountable to deliver exceptional guest experience through consistent operations, accountability, team development, training and recognition. • Celebrates wins, aligns team , and prioritizes actions that drive results and elevate the guest experience. • Actively engage s with their community to represent our brand and build connections in the co mmunit
