● Location: Madrid/ Barcelona About the job As a Medical Advisor within our Cardiovascular team, you will provide scientific leadership and medical expertise to support the development and execution of medical strategies that advance patient care. You'll bridge the gap between clinical science and commercial strategy, ensuring our medical communications are scientifically robust and impactful for healthcare professionals and patients alike. In this role, you will contribute to the generation and dissemination of scientific insights, support cross-functional collaboration, and help drive innovation in cardiovascular care. Main responsibilities: • Lead the medical strategy and scientific communication in the cardiovascular/lipidology space, ensuring evidence-based messaging and optimal engagement with the medical community • Develop and execute the local clinical and medical education plan, aligned with global medical objectives • Coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Pharmacovigilance to ensure scientific rigor across all business functions • Develop scientific and educational materials with consistent, evidence-based messaging for healthcare professionals focused on lipid management and cardiovascular risk reduction • Establish strong partnerships with KOLs and KTLs across the cardiology, endocrinology, and lipidology communities, capturing key clinical insights and translating them into actionable medical strategies • Conduct competitive scientific analysis of the lipid-lowering therapy landscape, integrating clinical data, congress insights, publications, and field intelligence • Maintain regular contact with Global Medical Affairs to exchange information about the local clinical landscape and emerging evidence in cardiovascular disease prevention • Ensure medical training excellence by providing healthcare professionals and internal teams with up-to-date scientific information and clinical tools • Ensure full compliance with medical and regulatory standards across all scientific communications, materials, and activities About you • Previous experience as a Medical Advisor and/or in Medical Affairs or clinical roles • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches, preferably within cardiovascular Strong strategic thinking, critical reasoning, and analytical skills • Results-driven mindset with sound judgment and strong decision-making capabilities • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and manage key stakeholder relationships • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills • Strong decision-making abilities in complex and dynamic environments • Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously Education: University degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, etc.) Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills
