A Day in the Life We are seeking a professional with experience in inventory management, control of assets and facilities, and administrative processes related to procurement, invoicing, and vendor follow-up. The role includes responsibility for document management, support to internal users, and assistance in safety, quality, and GMP-related activities within regulated environments Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. • Provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in cycle-time, yield, unit cost, quality, safety and compliance of production and operations processes and products. • Monitors instruments and equipment and collects operating data, including calibration, inspection, testing and repair activities, to assist in making on-line adjustments to instruments, equipment, or products. • Analyzes and resolves malfunctions and deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems. • Conducts, analyses and prepares reports using metrics from salvage tracking, trending, reporting and root-cause analyses. • Maintains process designs to optimize process, equipment and facility use while conforming to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). TECHNICIAN SUPPORT CAREER STREAM:  Provides technical support in areas such as production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement or product development. Uses schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, equipment or systems. Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data using established formulae and procedures, and performs detailed mathematical calculations. For higher levels, may suggest and/or make improvements to optimize work processes. DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS Autonomy:  Established and productive individual contributor, working under moderate supervision. Performs tests, interprets data and develops reports. Organizational Impact:  Performs intermediate technical activities requiring judgment and decision-making. Work consists of technical tasks that are typically routine. Innovation and Complexity:  Technical problems faced are generally routine, but may require interpretation of procedures or policies to resolve problems. May be required to highlight areas of concerns/problems in own job area. Communication and Influence:  Communicates typically with internal contacts. Obtains and provides technical information requiring some explanation or interpretation. Leadership and Talent Management:  May provide guidance and assistance to new or entry level employees. Required Knowledge and Experience:  • Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering or similar • Experience in medical Industries • Experience in inventory management and control of assets and facilities. • Knowledge of administrative processes related to maintenance, general services, and facilities management. • Knowledge of procurement processes, including requisitions, quotations, and purchase order generation. • Knowledge of invoicing processes, payment follow-up, and vendor document control. • Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental standards applicable to facilities
