The person in this role may work remotely within the United States. As the IT Program Director supporting M&A Business Process and Systems Strategy, you will lead the transaction-level business process and systems strategy across the full lifecycle, from due diligence and sign-to-close planning through Day 1 readiness, systems integration or separation, stabilization, and post-close value realization. In this strategic integration leadership role, you will turn transaction and diligence findings into cross-functional business process and systems decisions. You’ll define targets and interim states, migration or adoption strategies, sequencing, and make recommendations across major end-to-end value streams. You will also coordinate Integration Leads, business partners, IT Value Streams, Enterprise Architecture, acquired-company teams, and strategic partners to align on a practical path to Medtronic standards and transaction value.
