This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts. The person selected for this role must be based in the United States. As the IT Program Director supporting Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures, you will lead technology strategy and execution across the full transaction lifecycle, from due diligence and sign-to-close planning through Day 1 readiness, integration or separation, and post-close value realization. You will manage multiple concurrent transactions, including tuck-in acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, carveouts, and divestitures, while serving as a trusted advisor to Corporate Development, business leaders, and senior IT executives spanning Medtronic’s transaction portfolio.
