A Day in the Life The Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business is focused on technologies that diagnose, monitor, and treat heart rhythm disorders. The team partners with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, physiologists, nurses, and catheter laboratory teams to support the safe and effective use of CRM therapies and devices. This role combines clinical expertise, technical consultation, customer education, and procedural support to drive adoption and optimize patient outcomes. This position supports customers across the London region and requires regular presence in hospitals, catheterisation laboratories, and operating theatres. The role is field-based with frequent travel throughout the assigned territory of London and the South East UK and requires flexibility to support customer procedures and training activities. As a Technical Consultant, you will serve as a clinical and technical expert for Cardiac Rhythm Management therapies within the assigned territory. You will provide procedural support, deliver customer training and education, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical stakeholders to support therapy adoption, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Primary Responsibilities ·       Provide clinical and technical support for CRM device implants, follow-up procedures, and programming activities in catheterisation laboratories and operating theatres. ·       Deliver product training and educational programs to physicians, physiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. ·       Support customers before, during, and after device implantation by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance. ·       Develop and maintain relationships with key clinical stakeholders and decision-makers across the territory. ·       Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches, therapy adoption, and portfolio growth initiatives. ·       Plan and prioritize customer visits, training activities, and clinical support requirements across the territory. ·       Prepare and deliver clinical presentations, education materials, and therapy-focused training programs. ·       Provide field-based feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to support business objectives. Required Qualifications ·       Bachelor's degree with clinical, biomedical, healthcare, and scientific focus and experience of cardiac rhythm management. ·       Experience supporting cardiac implantable electronic devices, including implant and follow-up procedures. ·       Ability to work within catheterisation laboratories and operating theatre environments. ·       Valid driving licence and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. ·       Ability to commute to and support customers across the London region. Preferred Qualifications ·       Experience supporting cardiac medical devices within a clinical, technical, or field-based role. ·       International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) and/or British Heart Rhythm Society (BHRS) device accreditation. ·       Experience developing and delivering clinical education or customer training programs. ·       Knowledge of the cardiac rhythm management competitive landscape and market dynamics. ·       Experience supporting new product introductions and therapy
