About the role

Regeneron is currently seeking a Lead Cleaning Technician to join our Fill/ Finish Manufacturing team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide. When & Where • Location: East Greenbush, New York, United States • Work model: 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 10:00pm-8:30am What You'll Do • Provide day-to-day leadership and support to Cleanroom Services employees while promoting a safe and compliant work environment • Perform routine and deep-cleaning activities in manufacturing cleanrooms and general plant areas following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Ensure all cleaning activities are completed in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and site quality standards • Conduct regular performance feedback discussions with direct reports and escalate performance concerns to management and Human Resources when appropriate • Support employee onboarding, training, and development to ensure all training requirements are completed and documented • Maintain adequate inventory levels of uniforms, cleaning supplies, equipment, and manufacturing support materials • Review and complete logbooks and documentation accurately and in compliance with written procedures and regulatory requirements • Process material movement requests and support manufacturing operations through coordination of cleaning and facility readiness activities • Participate in safety investigations, quality deviation investigations, commissioning activities, and validation efforts as required • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the manufacturing facility and drive continuous improvement in operational excellence The Environment and Physical Rhythms of This Role • This position is performed in a manufacturing and cleanroom environment • Requires adherence to gowning procedures and cleanroom protocols • May involve standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials throughout the workday • Requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with all site safety requirements • May require working in both controlled cleanroom environments and general production areas Let's Find Out If We're a Fit Required Qualifications • High school diploma, Leaving Certificate, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, facilities, cleanroom operations, pharmaceutical production, biotechnology, or a related environment • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Thrive today.
