As an Associate Director – Solution Delivery Analytics Products at Novartis, you will lead the delivery and scaling of enterprise Data & AI products that empower better decisions, accelerate innovation, and enhance customer experiences across global markets. Working at the intersection of analytics, product engineering, cloud technologies, and emerging Artificial Intelligence capabilities, you will drive transformational initiatives from concept to enterprise adoption while collaborating with business, technology, and architecture leaders. Job Description Key Responsibilities • Lead the rollout, adoption, and governance of scalable Data, Artificial Intelligence, and analytics products across global markets. • Develop advanced analytics product roadmaps spanning concept, engineering, launch, adoption, security, compliance, and business process change. • Evaluate, prototype, and scale next-generation solutions through proofs of concept, minimum viable products, and reusable frameworks. • Modernize platforms using cloud-native architectures, application programming interfaces, data products, semantic layers, and intelligent automation. • Establish engineering standards, governance, and reusable components across data, analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and integration platforms. • Drive operational excellence across enterprise platforms through automation, monitoring, lifecycle management, and scalable self-service capabilities. • Partner with Enterprise Architecture to define technology strategies, modernization roadmaps, and secure, compliant, scalable architectures. • Scale emerging Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions into responsible, governed, enterprise-grade products. • Align business, technology, executive, and vendor stakeholders around investments, roadmaps, risks, governance, and measurable value. • Build and mentor high-performing teams while strengthening capabilities across Artificial Intelligence, data, analytics, and cloud technologies. Essential Requirements • 12–15+ years of experience in data and analytics, artificial intelligence, product engineering, or digital technology leadership. • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and Generative Artificial Intelligence products through adoption. • Experience leading global, cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, data scientists, and product managers within matrix organizations. • Expertise in cloud platforms, data engineering, machine learning operations, and modern data and analytics ecosystems. • Experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms, including AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, or similar technologies. • Demonstrated experience modernizing platforms using cloud-native architectures, data products, application programming interfaces, and self-service capabilities. • Strong track record in rapid prototyping, minimum viable product development, and scaling innovative solutions into production environments. • Experience managing complex programs, strategic vendors, technology investments, and senior stakeholder relationships.
