Position Summary As Compliance Officer Argentina, Chile, Peru & Ecuador, you will provide strategic, data-driven compliance leadership across a multi-market scope. Partnering with General Managers and leadership teams, you will translate risk insight into focused action and sound commercial decisions. You will connect local priorities with regional and global Compliance expertise, working across Commercial, Medical, Finance and Legal. Success requires business acumen, executive influence and the ability to build trust across Argentina, Chile and the broader LSP context. Key Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: • Partner across markets and functions to strengthen business ownership, monitoring, assurance and a focused compliance culture. • Provide oversight and escalation support for alliances, third-party and anti-bribery due diligence, and investigations. • Strengthen risk governance through board activity, leadership updates, Annual Confirmation and targeted deep-dives. • Translate data and risk signals into clear priorities and informed leadership decisions. • Guide complex or higher-risk commercial activities with practical, proactive risk-mitigation advice. • Advise General Managers and leadership teams on priority risks in line with GSK’s Internal Control Framework. Why You? We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Finance or a related field. • Demonstrated experience shaping and leading compliance strategy across Argentina and Chile, the Southern Cone, or a comparable multi-country environment. • Fluent English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. • Proven experience in compliance, risk management or internal controls within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including developing and implementing compliance strategy models, with demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organisation. • Ability to use data, analytics or structured risk insight to guide priorities and decisions. Preferred Qualifications If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: • Track record in a global pharmaceutical organisation, with cross-functional credibility and agility across cultures and markets. • Experience leading targeted risk reviews or launch-readiness assessments. • Experience with commercial alliances, third-party risk, anti-bribery due diligence or investigations. • Experience with risk governance, annual confirmation, monitoring, assurance or audit activity.
