Position Summary As Oncology and Hematology Portfolio Strategy Lead, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of launch readiness for late-stage pipeline assets. Acting as the local business lead, you will translate portfolio ambitions into integrated launch plans that maximise long-term value for patients, healthcare systems, and the organisation. You will bring together Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal & Compliance, Communications, and Global and Regional partners. Your remit will include market and patient journey assessment, forecasting, value proposition and positioning development, governance, launch-readiness metrics, risk mitigation, and disciplined delivery of critical milestones. Success will be measured through strong organisational readiness, timely cross-functional execution, robust forecasting and business planning, effective stakeholder engagement, and achievement of access, adoption, and launch performance objectives. Additional information: • Position level: Director • Reporting line: VP Oncology Commercial Spain • Primary location: Tres Cantos (Spain) • Secondary location: / • Presence onsite: required – min 3 days / week • Business travel: limited • People management: no • Linguistic requirement: fluency in Spanish and English – both written and spoken Basic Qualifications We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field • Minimum 8 years in leading pharmaceutical product launches • Experience in similar leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry • Experience in Oncology and / or Hematology • Experience operating in a complex matrix organisation and leading cross-functional teams • Strong strategic planning and project management capability, with the ability to translate insight into executable plans • Fluency in both Spanish and English – written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: • Experience in launch excellence, pre-launch planning, or new product commercialisation • Knowledge of market access, reimbursement pathways, and healthcare systems • International or Regional experience within a global pharmaceutical organisation • Experience applying launch-readiness frameworks, governance, KPIs, and risk-management approaches • MBA or equivalent business qualification What You Will Bring • A strategic, enterprise-wide perspective and the ability to shape future brands well ahead of launch • Sound judgement and confident decision-making in ambiguous, fast-changing environments • Strong commercial, market access, analytical, financial, and forecasting acumen • A deep understanding of Oncology and Hematology markets, patient needs, competitive dynamics, and barriers to diagnosis, treatment, and access How to apply Please submit your CV an
