About the role
As a Global Product Marketing Intern, you will become part of an international team responsible for driving innovation and growth within Dremel's product portfolio. During this 12-month internship, you will work closely with Global Product Owners and stakeholders across Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Regional teams. This is not a typical internship. You will take ownership of real projects, contribute to strategic decisions, and gain hands-on experience in the development and launch of products used by millions of customers worldwide. Your responsibilities contain a variety of projects, such as: • Lead and contribute to a variety of international projects, including packaging development, market research, customer product guides, event organization, and business analytics. • Support Global Product Owners in bringing new products and innovations from idea to market. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe, North America, Asia and Latin America to shape future product and portfolio strategies. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities. • Support product launches by coordinating activities with different departments and regions. • Create presentations and business recommendations for management and project teams. • Track project progress, manage priorities, and ensure actions are followed through. You are our perfect candidate if you… • Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Product Management, or a related field (and remain enrolled during the entire internship period). • Have a strong interest in product management, marketing, innovation, and consumer products. • Have an eye for detail and enjoy turning insights into actions. • Are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Enjoy working in international and cross-functional teams. • Are a creative thinker who likes taking initiative and ownership. • Have experience with or are familiar with Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
