Performance Marketing Working Student – Talent Acquisition Location: Berlin Employment type: Working student, 20 hours/week Take a look at where you'll be based: watch the Berlin office tour Team description Talent Acquisition's Performance Marketing function helps attract the right candidates efficiently across different markets and roles. As we continue to strengthen our in-house capabilities, you'll support day-to-day campaign operations, reporting and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with teams across Talent Acquisition and Employer branding, gaining hands-on experience in how data, digital marketing and operational processes support hiring at scale.
