About the role

The following position is for internal FHP Manufacturing applicants only : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Brazer/builder . This position plays a key role in assembling and joining copper to ensure high-quality, leak-free connections. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced production environment. For Associates working on the assembly line, tasks include but are not limited to: • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety absolute and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Quality & Inspection: Conduct thorough visual and pressure inspections of all brazed joints to ensure integrity, alignment, and compliance with company and industry standards. • Brazing & Assembly: Perform precise brazing of copper and other metal components using torch equipment, following work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings • Teamwork: Assist with training new or cross-functional team members, contributing to a positive and cooperative team environment.   Qualifications • Ability to read and apply work instructions, follow directions, understand and execute safety and quality procedures. • Must be flexible to work in other departments when requested.   Must be able to work overtime when requested. • Must be able to speak, read and write English. • Manufacturing experience in assembly and/or CNC machine operation preferred. • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
