JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary Provide overall leadership for ANI Hong Kong. Drive financial performance, market share growth and strategic objectives through effective leadership of Sales and Marketing and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment. Job Responsibilities 1. Lead the overall business, providing direction across Sales, Marketing, and support functions in a direct and matrix environment. Establish clear objectives, drive accountability, and foster a high-performance culture to achieve business goals. 2. Deliver financial commitments, including sales, profitability, market share, and other key performance indicators. Balance short- and long-term priorities through disciplined planning, resource allocation, and regular business performance reviews. 3. Navigate a dynamic and competitive market environment to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable and profitable business growth. 4. Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement to enhance organizational effectiveness, execution quality, and overall business performance. 5. Develop deep insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Effectively navigate regulatory and compliance requirements while influencing key external stakeholders to support business objectives. 6. Build and maintain productive relationships with major customers, suppliers, key opinion leaders, industry associations, healthcare stakeholders, and government representatives to advance business priorities and strengthen market presence. 7. Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent. Build organizational capability, succession pipelines, and a culture that supports high performance and long-term business success. 8. Ensure all business activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and corporate quality and safety procedures. Requirements: Education and Experience • Bachelor's Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred • Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, marketing, and general management. • Proven experience working within multinational organizations, with demonstrated success in navigating complex matrix environments. • Strong track record of leading and developing diverse, high-performing sales, marketing and cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated success in delivering commercial growth, market share expansion and financial results in senior leadership roles. • Excellent leadership, communication, influence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels. • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to balance growth, profitability, and compliance requirements. • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
