As a QC Specialist II (m/f/d), you will play a vital role in maintaining laboratory compliance, supporting analytical equipment throughout its lifecycle, and driving continuous improvement across quality systems. Working in a collaborative and highly regulated environment, you will contribute to product quality, operational excellence, and regulatory readiness while helping deliver innovative medicines that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.   Job Description We offer a 2 years contract. Major Accountabilities: • Manage analytical equipment throughout its lifecycle while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. • Execute laboratory activities and documentation in accordance with Good Practice standards and approved procedures. • Review, compile, and approve quality records and technical documentation within required timelines. • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, analytical methods, and laboratory processes. • Investigate laboratory events, deviations, and out-of-expectation results to support timely resolution. • Collaborate with internal teams and external laboratories to coordinate quality control activities. • Support inspections, audits, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives across the laboratory. Obligatory Requirements : • University degree in natural sciences or relevant vocational training with equivalent professional experience. • Three to five years of experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing quality environment. • Practical experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice regulated laboratory. • Strong knowledge of quality control processes, quality systems, and compliance requirements. • Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken. • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive quality-focused solutions.
