About the role
• Coordinate, operate and administer TPM applicable to civil maintenance. • Coordinate and manage the installation and operation of Civil Maintenance Activities, as well as the monitoring of the applicable TPM, attention and troubleshooting. • Coordinate and manage machinery Movement according to new site requirements. • Coordinate and manages civil projects, remodelations, new constructions and civil improvements. • Implement saving projects related infraestructure works. • Coordinate and improve utilities into the plant. • Lead the infraestucture team to get results ensuring quality, on time and cost improvement. • Inform workers of the importance of reporting incidents, hazards, risks and opportunities, as well as of reprisals if they fail to do so. • Comply with the operational control of the work area. • To know and carry out the protocol in case of emergencies. • Promote Safety, Health and Environmental Protection according to ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 and Applicable Standards. • Civil and mechanical engineering with experience in Real Estate projects. • Local rules for civil processes in San Luis Potosí. • High level of ability for self-management, agility, flexibility and keen on motivating others • High experience in project management and civil engineering. • +5 years of experience in a similar role, leading strategies and being in charge of people. • Languages: Fluently spoken and written English B2 to C1.
