About the Job Join us in reshaping the future of golf! With a team of over 85 passionate people, we're dedicated to our mission in revolutionizing the golf industry one swing at a time. Our international Marketing team, based in Munich, is seeking a motivated Working Student Creator Marketing (all genders welcome) to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment. You'll support the team running our creator partnerships, ambassador program, affiliate relationships and influencer campaigns across North America and Europe. You'll get hands-on experience with how a global DTC brand works with creators and affiliates, from first outreach to scaling programs and measuring results. Ready to embrace your Vice? Your Fairway • Research and scout new golf creators, coaches and influencers across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube using Modash and Superfiliate (full training provided) • Work with our affiliate partners and help scale the affiliate program across North America and the EU: recruiting new affiliates, onboarding them and keeping them active • Handle creator and affiliate outreach and follow-ups, and keep our database up to date • Manage creator orders end to end: place orders, track shipments and make sure products arrive on time • Set up discount codes for creators and affiliates • Support campaign activations: briefings, timelines, content approvals and posting schedules • Track creator and affiliate performance (reach, engagement, code usage, sales) • Build simple weekly reports and help spot top performing creators, affiliates and content • Use Claude (AI) to automate repetitive tasks like outreach drafts, creator research summaries and weekly reporting, and help us find smarter ways to work • Keep an eye on creator trends in golf and bring new ideas to the team Your Scorecard • Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing, Communications, Business or a similar field • Strong interest in social media and the creator economy • Organized and reliable, comfortable juggling many creators and deadlines at once • Confident with Excel or Google Sheets • Proactive, hands-on and happy to communicate with creators directly • Prior experience with creator tools are highly appreciated but not a must; we'll train you on Modash and Superfiliate • Curiosity about AI tools and how they can make marketing work faster; experience with Claude or similar tools is a plus, and we'll help you get better at it • Golf knowledge is a plus, not a must • You’re available as a working student for at least 1 year • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus, not required).
