Why this role matters at Pennylane Within our “track-based” organization, the Core Accounting team sits at the heart of our product value proposition: reliability, efficiency, and automation of day-to-day accounting operations. Working directly with the Head of Product for the track, the Senior Strategy & Operations role brings the structure, cadence, and operational standards needed to turn priorities into clear, measurable, and scalable execution within a context of growing complexity (multiple stakeholders, fast trade-offs, monetization topics). Your responsibilities Strategic planning and execution • Partner with the product leadership to define, prioritize, and implement operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives • Design and establish scalable operational frameworks that support our growth Data-driven decision making • Lead comprehensive analyses to identify market opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and growth levers • Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative research Project leadership • Spearhead strategic initiatives and pilot programs from ideation through implementation and measurement • Identify and manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Cross-functional orchestration • Serve as the operational nexus between the track and horizontal teams including care, sales, and the other product teams. • Facilitate effective collaboration and alignment across organizational boundaries Performance management • Own the OKR process for the track, ensuring clarity of objectives and accountability for results • Design and implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor performance against key metrics • Proactively identify performance gaps and develop action plans to address them Who we’re looking for Experience • 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations or a related field, with a strong record of scaling business operations in dynamic environments • Proven track record of translating strategic initiatives into executable operational plans and projects, delivering measurab
