About the role

About us Smallpdf was founded in 2013 with one simple belief: working with documents shouldn’t be complicated. Today, we’re an industry leader in digital document solutions, trusted by millions of users across 195+ countries. We build intuitive, powerful tools that help individuals and businesses work smarter with their documents. We operate at the intersection of simplicity and performance, building scalable solutions that power everyday productivity for individuals and businesses alike. Our team is driven by ownership, experimentation and a shared commitment to delivering meaningful impact at scale. About the role Over 60 million people use Smallpdf every month to do one thing: compress a file, convert it, translate it, merge it. Our core tools are freemium and SEO-led: people find us through Google and, more and more, through AI assistants. They finish the job and leave. As Product Manager for our core tools, you make that single task the fastest, easiest and best on the market, so search engines, AI assistants and people send users back. You own the individual tools end to end. Together with our growth team, you work on the channels that bring people to them: organic search, paid search and AI search. You know where it goes wrong and you check it • Experience defining need & quality for an AI feature, or a clear view of how you would do it • Comfortable talking with engineers about trade-offs, speed, errors and estimations • Dynamic and hands-on: you make quick decisions based on real data • Comfortable with ambiguity: you find the problem worth solving when nobody has named it yet • Curious and rigorous: you dig into the data yourself until the answer holds • You run user research yourself, and bring what you learn into decisions • Commercially minded: you know what a
