Role • Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing and implementing the programs release strategy • Assist in developing long-range plans and strategies to achieve business growth • Provide technical and advisory support for staff to ensure the implementation of applications/infrastructure • Ensure a successful delivery, which will include: Planning release lifecycle, Version control management, Build and Development control management, Change management, Risk Management • Provide leadership and oversight on multiple projects of a complex nature • Provide timely, efficient communication on documented progress to stakeholders • Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones • Responsible for overall relationship and deliverables across all projects • Assists in leading complex initiatives of strategic importance (e.g. cross functional/cross geographies) All About You • Advanced knowledge of project management or software releases • Experience in a scrum master role. • Familiarity with software development, technical terms and general concepts (especially experience with UX, API's & Microservices ) • Strong business acumen, with knowledge of MasterCard or the payments industry preferred • Advanced listening, oral, written, and presentation skills • Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationship • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and accountability • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) • Experience with Confluence, Rally or JIRA, Microsoft Project & Excel • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability • Outstanding organizational skills • Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field • SAFe 4/5 certification is a plus • Actively explores and adopts AI capabilities to reduce manual reporting effort, improve efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
