About the role

Job Title Sales Excellence Specialist Job Description Role summary The Sales Excellence Specialist helps improve sales execution, commercial discipline, and business performance. The role partners with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and adoption of sales processes and tools. Key responsibilities ·       Support sales planning, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance-management routines. ·       Analyze CRM and commercial data to identify opportunities, risks, performance gaps, and trends. ·       Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for sales leaders and field teams. ·       Improve data quality, pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and adherence to sales processes. ·       Partner with sales leaders to define meaningful metrics, targets, and follow-up actions. ·       Support CRM and sales-tool adoption through training, communications, and process improvements. ·       Coordinate initiatives across Sales, Finance, and Commercial Operations to improve commercial effectiveness. ·       Identify and share best practices that improve conversion, coverage, and sales productivity. Required qualifications ·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. ·       At least five years of experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Planning, Revenue Operations, or commercial analytics. ·       Experience using CRM data, preferably Salesforce, to support pipeline, forecasting, and sales-performance management. ·       Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. ·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and English communication skills. Preferred qualifications ·       Experience with Power BI, Data bricks, or another business-intelligence tool. ·       Experience in healthcare, medical technology, enterprise software, B2B services, or another complex solution-selling environment. ·       Familiarity with commercial transformation, territory planning, incentive processes, or sales productivity programs. ·       Experience working in a regional or multinational matrix organization.
