Job Title Product Industrialization Engineer Job Description As a Product Industrialization Engineer within Image Guided Therapy Systems you design, change and implement a high quality, high performing production line for Medical X-ray Devices in a low volume industry. You will be working in a cross functional, global team with different nationalities. Your role: • Identifies, designs, implements and validates manufacturing processes, tools and equipment enabling quality and efficiency. • Involves manufacturing in new product introductions. • Standardizes across various production sites in scope. • Executes process technology development activities. • Ensures Manufacturing input in new product introduction based on DfMAT. • Creates Quality Control Plan and Work Instructions. • Obtains, qualifies & installs equipment and supports ramp-up of the process at the production site. • Supports in reviewing suppliers manufacturing capabilities. • Applies lean manufacturing principles. • Employs equipment, practices, and procedures which promote a healthy, safe, and secure work environment. • Executes the processes and standards with embedded quality into the way of working including adherence to compliance with safety, • Executes Capex optimization for investments You're the right fit if: • Bachelor degree in Mechatronics (Master preferred) • Sound knowledge on setting up production lines. • 5-7 Years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
