A Day in the Life The Technical Service Channel Specialist will support service channel operations across SEA/APAC by coordinating with service providers and channel partners, managing installation base data, supporting process training, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The role requires strong commercial awareness, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to enable effective execution, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Position Summary The Technical Service Channel Specialist supports service channel operations across SEA/APAC, with a focus on partner coordination, process compliance, installation base management, and operational execution. The role acts as a key liaison between Medtronic, service providers, and channel partners to ensure consistent service delivery and strong governance. This position requires commercial awareness, strong documentation discipline, data analysis capability, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. The Specialist will also support process training, reporting, and cross-functional issue resolution to enable efficient and compliant service operations. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with service providers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to support service channel operations across SEA/APAC. • Manage backend documentation, trackers, reports, and process records with accuracy and timeliness. • Support onboarding, renewals, and operational alignment with service providers and channel partners. • Assist with Analyzing calls data, including data accuracy, updates, and reporting. • Conduct and support process training for internal teams, service providers, and channel partners. • Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reviews and leadership discussions. • Apply commercial understanding to support service channel planning and partner coordination. • Support governance, compliance, and process adherence across service channel activities. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service effectiveness. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields. • 3+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Service Operations, Commercial Operations, Vendor Management, or related functions. • Experience working with service providers, vendors, distributors, or channel partners. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently in a regional and cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualification • Experience supporting regional operations. • Experience with contract or vendor management. • Knowledge of Power BI or SAP. • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
