Job Description Make an Impact in Foreign Exchange Client Services Are you a strong communicator who enjoys solving problems, supporting clients, and working in a fast-paced environment? Join our Foreign Exchange (FX) Client Services team and become the first point of contact for clients and internal partners seeking support with FX products, transactions, and service inquiries. This role offers an opportunity to build specialized knowledge in foreign exchange while partnering with teams across the organization to deliver exceptional client experiences and timely solutions. What You'll Do • Serve as the front-line contact for FX-related inquiries, investigations, and service requests. • Respond to questions regarding balances, transactions, payments, settlements, and foreign exchange activity. • Manage and communicate FX service alerts, outages, and operational updates. • Partner with technology and operational teams to investigate issues and coordinate resolutions. • Support the submission and tracking of FX-related client complaints. • Draft professional client-facing communications regarding product enhancements, service disruptions, and business updates. • Route inquiries to the appropriate specialized teams and ensure timely follow-up. • Review and process transactions and supporting documentation accurately and efficiently. • Ensure compliance with established procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements. • Build relationships with internal partners across Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, and other client support teams. Schedule & Location 📍 Location: Atlanta 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. local time Basic Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • At least one year of relevant work experience. Preferred Skills/Experience • Strong customer service and relationship management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Experience handling client inquiries and issue resolution. • General knowledge of international banking products and services. • Foreign exchange or international banking experience preferred but not required. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality client experience Location
