About the role

The Marketing team in Latin America defines and evolves how Spotify shows up across the region. We shape brand experiences that feel authentic, inclusive, and deeply rooted in music culture. In Mexico, our work connects artists, fans, and communities through bold storytelling and culturally fluent creative execution.   The Creative Director leads the local Creative and Production teams and is the primary creative decision-maker for Mexico. It brings local nuance, creative ambition, and strong leadership to marketing initiatives in the market. While focused on Mexico, the role sits within the broader Latin American organization and may contribute to regional projects where local creative leadership is required.
