As a Future Process Design Engineer, within our IT organization and working cross-functionally across our HPE operational teams, you will be a catalyst for digital transformation. Your role involves envisioning and implementing innovative processes that enhance efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and drive organizational agility. With your expertise in Lean Six Sigma, executive communication, and strategic planning, you will play a critical role in helping Senior Executives drive faster, better-informed decisions, to shape our IT landscape.   Unique mastery  and recognized authority with strong analytical skills, especially in driving process efficiency improvement and applying technology solutions to core business problems. We measure ongoing return on investment, based on actual realized project outcomes for the clients we work with.   Demonstrates mastery in process engineering with subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories, and techniques. Develops and delivers detailed designs innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in complex environments across multiple functions. Capable of mediating between parties to achieve optimal process designs. Leads large, cross-functional teams or projects that affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives. Able to work independently in new or existing areas that lack clear definition.   Responsibilities: • Process Optimization and Redesign: Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze existing process operations and technology , including data sources, process mining, and statistical validation. Identify opportunities for creative use AI, automate manual processes, streamline workflows, and enhance system capabilities. Align process design with business objectives and customer needs and drive executive alignment. Master-level experience in process engineering, lean, six-sigma, process improvement.   • Process Mining & Analytics: Use process mining tools in conjunction with data dashboards and statistical analysis to drive data-driven investigations, improve executive insights on performance improvement, establish future design improvement action plans, design requirements to deliver value outcomes, and performance monitoring requirements.   • Deliver future-state processes design : leverage AI , emerging technologies, and best practices to deliver breakthrough designs for future improvements in greenfield and brownfield process roadmaps. Collaborate with leadership & SMEs from Business Operations & IT to define the digital transformation strategy & roadmap.
