About the role
We are seeking a strategic, insights-driven Product Manager to lead brand growth in a competitive prescription medicines market. The role combines brand leadership, omnichannel customer engagement, fact-based decision-making and consumer or patient activation within applicable legal, regulatory and ethical requirements. Key Responsibilities Brand strategy and performance • Develop and execute the brand strategy and annual Brand Plan. Identify growth opportunities, monitor performance and recommend actions to increase adoption, patient impact and market share. Omnichannel customer engagement • Design and optimise integrated customer journeys across field, digital, CRM, web and other relevant channels. Use engagement data to improve channel mix, content and customer experience. Insights and analytics • Translate market, customer, competitive and behavioural insights into clear priorities and measurable actions. Define KPIs and use campaign analytics to support fact-based decisions and continuous optimisation. Consumer and patient activation • Lead compliant, data-driven consumer and patient initiatives that build awareness, support activation and improve engagement. Apply test-and-learn principles and robust performance measurement. Cross-functional leadership • Lead delivery through close collaboration with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Digital, Analytics, Regulatory, Legal, Finance and external partners. Financial management and compliance • Manage budget, forecasting and resource allocation. Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, industry standards, company policies and ethical requirements. Qualifications and Experience Required • University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business or a related field. • At least 3-5 years of relevant pharmaceutical commercial experience, including product or brand management. • Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies in prescription medicines. • Strong analytical capability and demonstrated ability to convert insights and data into business actions. • Experience in omnichannel marketing, customer journey design or integrated customer engagement. • Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional projects. • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance. Preferred • Experience in diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular, metabolic or another highly competitive therapeutic area. • Hands-on experience with CRM, segmentation, digital marketing, campaign measurement and personalisation. • Experience in direct-to-consumer, consumer health or patient activation campaigns. • Background in sales, market research, customer experience or commercial excellence.
