Job Title Intern - Demand Generation – Nashville, TN - Summer 2027 Job Description Are you interested in an intern opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in paid intern opportunities. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company. Your role: • Generate and qualify sales leads through inbound and outbound customer outreach, including phone, email, and marketing campaigns, to identify customer needs and support pipeline growth. • Build and manage customer relationships by conducting discovery conversations, gathering account intelligence and identifying potential sales opportunities. • Support campaign execution and performance through customer outreach, lead follow-up, qualification, and tracking campaign activity and results across multiple business units. • Maintain accurate customer and lead information in Salesforce, including customer interactions, qualification outcomes, and next steps to support effective sales follow-up. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality, strengthen customer engagement, identify opportunities for process improvement, and build knowledge of Philips products and solutions. You're the right fit if: • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, teamwork, and organizational skills. • Curious, self-motivated, and willing to learn, with initiative and strong problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable engaging customers by phone and email, asking questions to understand their needs, and learning consultative selling and prospecting techniques. • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate information. Philips Transparency Details The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
