This is a high impact, individual contributor role that will focus on delivering our next gen platform, working closely with partners across product, technology, design, data science, and the business to drive transformative change. As a Product Leader, you'll be at the heart of leading and driving change through rapid, iterative development cycles that accelerate learning and value delivery. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
