About the role: Our Senior Creative Program Manager is the operational engine behind Marketing's creative output. You will own how creative work is taken, prioritized, resourced, and delivered across brand, campaigns, product launches, web, and events, bringing structure, visibility, and best practices to a fast-moving, high-volume creative organization. The role combines program management rigor, creative-process fluency, and executive communication to make sure the right work gets done, on time, at a high quality bar. The ideal candidate has experience in an in-house creative studio, brand team, or creative agency where high-quality results and tight deadlines are the norm, and is energized by building scalable systems, including AI-enabled workflows, that let creative teams focus on the work itself. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area with working hours in the Pacific time zone and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across a variety of time zones.
