About the role
1. 对齐项目软件开发计划与发布节奏，合理安排测试周期，制定并维护测试计划、排期及交付目标，明确测试范围、任务分工与交付节点。 2. 追溯客户与系统需求，建立需求到测试用例的双向追溯矩阵，持续维护测试用例覆盖度，确保需求全覆盖、过程可追溯。 3. 基于 V 模型开展系统集成测试与系统合格性测试，分析系统需求、软件设计及接口规范，制定 HIL 测试策略，设计并评审测试用例，覆盖功能、接口、边界、异常、故障注入及回归场景。 4. 负责基于 Vector 与同星（Tosun）设备的台架搭建、维护与升级，包括 IO 与信号仿真、总线及网络仿真、故障注入、程控电源及台架稳定性管理，保障测试环境可用、可复现。 5. 开展通信与诊断测试，使用 CANoe、TSMaster、Wireshark 等工具执行测试及报文分析，覆盖 CAN/CAN FD、Ethernet、DoIP、SOME/IP、UDS 等协议场景。 6. 基于 CANoe 及 TSMaster 开发自动化测试用例与脚本（CAPL、Python 等），推进自动化测试及 CI/CD 集成，提升回归效率与测试覆盖率。 7. 负责缺陷全生命周期管理，包括问题复现、初步定位、分级、跟踪及回归验证，协同开发团队推动问题闭环，并输出缺陷趋势分析。 8. 管理测试准入与准出条件，组织测试评审、缺陷分析及进度会议，定期输出测试报告、版本质量评估及发布准入结论，汇报测试进度、质量状态及项目风险。 9. 协调测试、开发、集成、项目及供应商团队，跟踪软件版本与测试进度，及时识别并上报风险，推动跨团队问题闭环。 10. 沉淀测试规范、流程与知识库，推动团队测试能力建设。 1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业；3 年及以上汽车电子或嵌入式软件测试经验。 2. 技能： （1）熟悉软件开发 V 模型，理解各测试阶段（单元、集成、系统测试）与需求、设计之间的对应关系； （2）熟悉软件测试理论与方法（等价类、边界值、场景法、故障注入等），具备良好的测试用例设计能力； （3）熟悉基础软件测试原理，有 Vector 或同星台架的使用经验； （4）熟悉 CAN/CAN FD、Ethernet、DoIP、SOME/IP、UDS（ISO 14229）13400等车载通信与诊断协议； （5）熟练使用 CANoe、TSMaster 等工具进行测试执行与报文分析，掌握残余总线仿真及测试配置搭建； （6）熟悉 CAPL、Python 等脚本语言，具备自动化测试脚本开发能力； （7）熟悉 Jira、Codebeamer、RQM 等需求与缺陷管理工具，了解 Git、Jenkins 等工具及 CI/CD 流程。 3. 综合素质：具备良好的组织协调能力，能够协调多方资源并推动测试任务按计划完成；责任心强，交付意识好，能主动识别风险并推动问题闭环；能适应多项目并行、版本快速迭代的工作节奏，合理安排测试优先级；具备良好的沟通表达与文档编写能力，能清晰汇报测试进度、技术问题及质量风险；具备良好的问题定位能力。
