US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you. So, what’s the role all about? As Senior AI Evangelist & Developer Advocate within NiCE's Agentic AI line of business, you will bring our products and the wider agentic AI story to life in content and on stage. You work proactively and independently: you research topics yourself, align with stakeholders, and draw on internal and external sources for constant inspiration. You then produce the content yourself, from video and demos to presentations and webinars. The role sits within Product Marketing and works closely with Product, Engineering, NiCE Labs and Marketing. A large part of it is agentic building: creating AI agents, demos and prototypes with coding agents such as Claude Code, through the Cognigy plugin and with other vibe coding tools. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you need to be deeply hands-on and able to build things that work. The AI market moves faster than any market before it, and this role is built for that speed. You bring an AI-first mindset and real technical depth. You can explain sophisticated technology in a simple, compelling way, and you use AI tools throughout your own workflow to raise both speed and quality. Success in this role means a steady stream of differentiated content that builds NiCE Cognigy's credibility in agentic AI, grows our audience, and supports launches and revenue teams with assets they want to use. All of it is aligned with our overall product marketing strategy and company goals. How will you make an impact • Build an AI-first evangelism practice for NiCE Cognigy at the level of the top global players, covering launches, thought leadership and fast responses to market developments • Stay at the forefront of agentic AI, voice AI and AI tooling: test new developments early and assess what matters for our market • Build AI agents, demos and prototypes yourself with Cognigy, coding agents and vibe coding tools • Partner early with Product and NiCE Labs on the roadmap, and translate new capabilities into clear value stories • Write, record and edit video content, from short capability clips to launch videos and build-along walkthroughs • Create high-impact presentations, and present at webinars, conferences, podcasts and customer and analyst engagements • Engage the builder and developer community through content, live demos and events, and bring their feedback back to Product • Keep narratives consistent with Analyst Relations, Competitive Intelligence, PR and Sales Enablement • Provide revenue teams with demo videos, decks and assets that make complex capabilities easy to understand Have you got what it takes? • English at native or near-native level, written and spoken. German is a plus. • Based in DACH, ideally Berlin or Düsseldorf. Remote within DACH is possible, with travel to events and our offices. • A proven body of public work, such as YouTube videos, podcast episodes, conference talks, webinars or livestreams, that you created and presented yourself • Hands-on experience with agentic building and vibe coding: you build working agents, apps and prototypes with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable or n8n, and you're comfortable with APIs, integrations and enough code to get things running • Strong technical understanding of AI and SaaS products, and the ability to translate capabilities into customer value • Speed and agility: you can move from idea to published, polished content within hours, with a repeatable workflow to do so consistently • Excelle
