About the role

Your mission Do you enjoy building interfaces that people love to use? With Autarq, we are developing intelligent chat and workspace solutions on our own foundation that integrate AI into existing company systems in a GDPR-compliant way. As a Frontend Developer, you are responsible for what users see and use every day.You develop the web frontend for One/AI and Autarq on our existing Svelte stack and fit into the existing architecture • You develop the web frontend for Autarq on our existing Svelte stack and also bring solid experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g. React, TypeScript, state management concepts) • You are responsible for our frontend concepts and work closely with the design, backend and AI teams • You write tests, work with CI/CD pipelines (automated build and delivery processes) and container-based cloud platforms, and take responsibility for your code all the way into production • Ideally, you also bring basic knowledge of API development, the backend environment and Python Your profile • You build web frontends with Svelte or React and are keen to dive deeper into Svelte • You enjoy getting into existing code and existing architecture • You are familiar with containerization, e.g. with Docker • You work confidently with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines • You have experience writing and running tests (unit/integration tests) • You communicate confidently in German and English • Nice to have: You know Flutter, have some exposure to backend or API development (e.g. with Python) or to cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes What´s important to us • You work independently and take responsibility. We are a small team and rely on trust rather than micromanagement. • You enjoy working in a team and seek input from your backend and AI colleagues. • You take initiative on UI and UX and bring your own ideas. • You look for pragmatic, usable solutions instead of getting lost in perfectionism. • You are open to new technologies and want to grow towards fullstack. • You don't meet every point 100%?
