Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. Empower Sales teams with the operational tools, training, and documentation to win The opportunity: Flexport’s Enablement team runs the programs and documentation that keep the whole company informed globally, with a heavy focus on our sales team. We’re looking for someone to run those programs day to day — from the documentation Flexport relies on across the org to a brand-new onboarding experience for our Account Executives (AEs). You’ll own the AMER Leadership Development Rotational Program and support two of Enablement’s other biggest programs: AE onboarding and ongoing sales excellence, alongside knowledge management and documentation across Flexport. You’ll work closely with sales leadership, get regular exposure to Flexport’s C-suite, and grow your scope as the Enablement team grows. You will: • Own the AMER Leadership Development Rotational Program, an ~18-month rotation that places new grads across a rotation of 2-3 departments alongside a dedicated AI training curriculum. • Support the AE onboarding program end-to-end: the six-week curriculum, the capstone graduation, and the tools that make ramping up stick. • Support day-to-day sales enablement for our AE team and help build the ongoing sales excellence program behind it, partnering with sales leadership to turn skill gaps into playbooks and training. • Support Confluence and Flexport’s documentation ecosystem: page structure, content standards, and a regular audit cadence, so information stays accurate and easy to find company-wide. • Stand up special projects fast, from product launches to market events, and become a go-to resource across the org. • Measure program impact and run feedback loops to continuously improve what you build. You should have: • 2-3 years of experience in program management, sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or a related field, with a working knowledge of Flexport’s products and the logistics industry (or the ability to pick it up fast). • Excellent writing and communication skills. You can turn messy inputs into clear, useful documentation and summarize quickly. • Extremely organized, comfortable managing multiple projects at once, and able to move without a fully scoped brief. • Comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leadership, including the C-suite. • Experience building training content or curriculum, and genuine enthusiasm for building decks, docs, and Confluence pages from scratch. • Skilled at driving adoption and buy-in for new programs. You don’t just build the thing, you get people to use it. #LI-onsite The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salary for the position in the posting's respective region.
