Job Details: Job Description: The Role and Impact We are seeking a Senior Engineering Lab Manager to lead the strategy, operations, and development of an engineering lab supporting complex hardware and platform engineering activities.   In this highly visible leadership role, you will lead a technical team, optimize lab capabilities and resources, and partner across engineering organizations to enable efficient development, testing, validation, and execution. You will establish operational priorities, promote a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvements in lab processes, infrastructure, equipment, and engineering workflows.   Your leadership will help ensure the lab is positioned to meet current engineering needs while anticipating future technology, capacity, and infrastructure requirements.   About the Team You will join an engineering organization focused on enabling the development, integration, and validation of advanced hardware and platform technologies.
