Position Summary The Medicare Sales Strategy & Enablement Internship experience is an 11-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 24th, 2027, and concludes on August 4th, 2027. This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office location. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. CVS Health's hybrid work model provides office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Relocation assistance may be provided for candidates that qualify.  As a CVS Health Corporate Intern you will participate in:  • Projects that contribute to the success of our business  • Community service activities  • Professional development workshops  • Mentorship and networking opportunities  • Interaction with senior leaders  The hourly rate is $26/hr with 40 hours/week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Additionally, our corporate interns have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a future role with CVS Health.  Sponsorship  Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.  About this Business Area   The Sales Strategy organization within Aetna's Individual Medicare Sales Center of Excellence helps drive the success of Medicare sales and broker engagement initiatives across the country. This team develops programs, tools, and strategies that support brokers, market leaders, and sales professionals in delivering exceptional experiences and helping members understand their healthcare coverage options.  As part of this organization, Aetna Academy serves as a high-visibility training and development program supporting Individual Medicare, Medicare Supplement, and Ancillary products. The team focuses on creating scalable processes, improving program effectiveness, and enhancing learning experiences that help business partners succeed while supporting CVS Health's mission to improve health outcomes and access to care.  You Will Gain Valuable Work Experience and Participate In:  • Evaluating business processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and program effectiveness  • Developing project management skills through planning, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives  • Creating process maps, standard operating procedures, and reusable tools that support operational excellence  • Exploring the responsible use of AI technologies to automate workflows and improve business processes  • Analyzing program performance metrics and broker engagement data to identify trends and opportunities  • Supporting the development of executive-ready presentations, communications, and business recommendations  • Collaborating with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support training, learning, and performance initiatives  • Gaining exposure to sales strategy, sales enablement, operations, analytics, and organizational effectiveness practices  Required Qualifications • Meet educational requirements (see Education section) Preferred Qualifications • Have demonstrated leadership experience.
