About the role
Become a part of our caring community The Lead, Third Party Cybersecurity Risk Management designs and manages strategies and initiatives to manage cybersecurity risks from third-party (i.e., Humana vendors, partner organizations, etc.) entities that may introduce risk to Humana's cybersecurity risk posture. The Lead, Third Party Cybersecurity Risk Management works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Lead, Third Party Cybersecurity Risk Management: • Works with relevant stakeholders to identify gaps in third-party security architecture and develops a third-party cybersecurity risk management plan. • Manages Production and UAT environments for key platforms • Responsible for continued build-out and execution of the program in alignment with strategic and tactical transformation plans, as well as centralizing the management of risk throughout the vendor lifecycle and across the enterprise. • Increases visibility to the business to pull them into the reporting and remediation of risk while driving risk-based decision making. • Works with and advises internal and external industry executives to develop functional and enterprise-wide strategies. • Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. • Leads a team in determining methods and procedures for new and reoccurring third-party risk management tasks across the different enterprise tenants. • Works with external account managers and Humana systems engineering teams to develop and mature a cohesive, integrated third-party risk management tool methodology and capability across Humana. • Negotiates contract language. • Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision. • Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any other technical field. • 8+ years of system engineering/technical experience • 2+ years of Agile/Project Management • 3+ years hands-on experience with building out and managing OneTrust Preferred Qualifications • OneTrust certification in Solution Foundations and Lifecycle Operations Work at Home Guidance To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria: • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership • Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
