The pay range is $115,000.00 - $206,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product, technology, discovery and design work. About the job: As a Senior Product Manager, Finance you will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a portfolio of Finance data products supporting Finance Modernization. Your portfolio will include the Modern P&L, foundational Finance datasets, and data products needed to enable modern operational reporting and analytics. You will deeply understand Finance stakeholder needs and business processes, translating them into clear product outcomes and making prioritization and trade-off decisions based on business value, dependencies, and available capacity. A significant focus of this role will be leading product discovery and definition for the Modern P&L, a new capability intended to provide a fully burdened view of profitability at the category and channel level through Operating Income. You will partner across Finance to understand how the business evaluates performance, define the decisions and use cases the product must support, identify required data and capabilities, and establish a sequenced roadmap that delivers value iteratively. You will also own and influence Finance data products that form the foundation for broader Finance Modernization.
