About the role
Almetra builds AI computer vision for manufacturing, running on real production lines at customer sites. As our customer base grows, our Customer Impact team needs to focus on delivering value, not on operational and technical details. You will own product operations across the delivery pipeline, from signed customer to live, stable deployment, including customer IT operations. This is a senior individual contributor role: you set direction and design how operations run, rather than running every installation yourself. What you'll own • Own the delivery pipeline end to end, with clear accountability for go-live outcomes across every customer • Design the delivery model, including stages, handoffs, owners and service levels, and oversee installations and rollouts • Set the standards for customer IT operations, from network and access setup to security reviews, and act as the escalation point • Define the operational metrics that matter and run regular reviews to drive improvements • Give leadership, Product and Engineering a clear view of delivery risks, and help shape how the function scales What you bring • 6+ years in product operations, technical operations or delivery management, ideally in B2B hardware, IoT or industrial software • Experience owning operations at the oversight level: designing the system and driving outcomes, not only executing • Enough technical depth (networking, Linux, edge devices, enterprise IT security reviews) to be credible with customer IT teams and our engineers • A track record of influencing Product and Engineering without formal authority • Fluent English and willingness to travel to customer sites in Europe; German is a strong plus #LI-Onsite What we offer Employee Share Options Program for all permanent employees* An increasing benefits list: currently includes Urban Sports club and quarterly team retreats. Be on the forefront in defining what artificial intelligence means in manufacturing Gain hands-on experience in working in an AI-first software company Supportive and inclusive culture that values diversity and promotes the advancement of underrepresented groups within the company Collaborate with a diverse (currently more than 10 nationalities) and talented team, working on cutting-edge projects with real-world impact Network with professionals and leaders in the field, opening doors to potential future career opportunities We have a very flat hierarchy, open 360° feedback, and flexible working hours Ethics⚖: We are committed to developing ethical AI software Don't meet all the requirements?
