About the role

Your mission If you're studying supply chain, logistics, or business and want real hands-on experience alongside your studies, this is your chance to see the full supply chain of a scaling food company from the inside. As a Working Student in Supply Chain, you'll support our Retail Operations, Planning, and Procurement teams and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities • Retail operations:  Support the processing of EDI and email orders in SAP, prepare delivery notes and transfer orders, and help coordinate deliveries with logistics partners. • Supply chain planning:  Help maintain stock, production, and inventory data, and support the Supply Chain Planner with planning overviews. • Procurement:  Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, check supplier confirmations, and track deliveries of ingredients and packaging. • Master data:  Keep product, packaging, and supplier data accurate across our systems. • Team support:  Pick up operational tasks across the team as priorities shift, always in close coordination with the responsible team member. • Reporting and process improvement:  Prepare regular reports on orders, stock, and purchasing, and help document and improve our supply chain processes. Your profile Requirements • Studies:  Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, ideally with at least 12 months of study remaining. • Availability:  16–20 hours per week during the semester, with the option to work more during semester breaks. • Experience:  First practical experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (internship, previous student job) is a plus, but not a must. • Technical skills:  Good Excel skills. First exposure to SAP or another ERP is a plus. • Working style:  Organised, reliable, and comfortable switching between tasks and stakeholders. • Mindset:  Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. • Language proficiency:  Fluency in English and German, written and spoken. Why us? Why you should apply now • Scaling Big:  We’re at an exciting inflection point, transitioning from a pilot phase to scaling operations. Be part of something transformative and build it from the ground up. • Top-Tier Backing:  We’re supported by world-class VCs and angels who share our vision and believe in our mission. • The Time is Now:  Food needs a massive transformation. Join us in creating irresistible, sustainable food that inspires billions to switch away from animal-based meat, fast! A word on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion We embrace diversity and equal opportunities for all. Shared values and alignment with Project Eaden’s purpose matter most to us. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of age, color, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status. Workspace and culture We’re building something massive—a gentle giant in the food industry. Our team thrives on collaboration, and we believe in the power of face-to-face communication to move fast and work effectively. Currently, we spend most of our time together at our workplace in Berlin to nurture our team spirit and culture. As we grow over the next few years, we aim to evolve into a more distributed workplace, blending the flexibility of remote work with the strength of our shared values and connection.
