About the role

Your mission As a Working Student in Retail Operations, you'll support our Retail Operations Manager in the day-to-day work that gets our products from production to retail shelves. It's hands-on exposure to supply chain, logistics, and retail partnerships in a fast-scaling startup. Key responsibilities • Order processing support:  Help check and process daily EDI and email orders in SAP, and prepare delivery notes and transfer orders. • Logistics coordination:  Track deliveries with logistics partners, update stock data, and help prepare and follow up on partner meetings. • Master data maintenance:  Keep product, packaging, and specification data up to date for internal teams and retail partners. • Retail partner communication:  Support routine communication with retail partners and dispatchers, such as REWE and COOP. • Issue resolution:  Help investigate delivery issues and complaints and escalate them to the right people. • Reporting:  Prepare simple overviews and reports on orders, stock, and deliveries. Your profile Requirements • Enrollment:  Currently enrolled at a university in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Technology, or a related field. • Availability:  15–20 hours per week during the semester. • Technical skills:  Confident with Excel. SAP or ERP experience is a plus. • Working style:  Organised and detail-oriented, and you enjoy solving practical problems. • Languages:  Fluent in German and English. Why us?
