About the role
岗位职责 • 负责自动驾驶时空联合规划算法的设计与研发，攻坚复杂路况下的lane change，bypass/nudge，merge等横向功能，提升整体算法的安全性、稳定性与泛化能力。 • 负责DDP/ILQR等求解器的设计与优化，完成规划问题建模、目标函数与约束设计、Solver 调优及数值稳定性分析。 • 负责 End-to-End Planning 与传统优化规划的融合，针对模型输出设计横向轨迹优化、约束处理、安全增强及后处理策略。 • 负责规划算法量产落地及性能优化，针对不同计算平台进行算法裁剪与优化，解决实时性、资源占用及复杂场景疑难问题。 任职要求 • 硕士及以上学历，车辆、控制、机器人、自动化、计算机、数学等相关专业，5年以上自动驾驶/机器人/控制/优化算法相关经验。 • 具备扎实的最优化与控制理论基础， 深入理解 DDP、iLQR、MPC、QP 等优化方法及 Solver 原理，具备 Solver Debug、优化及改造能力。 • 具备时空联合规划算法经验 ，能够独立完成规划问题建模、优化求解、轨迹生成及后处理。 • 熟悉车辆运动学/动力学模型及轨迹优化方法，具备复杂场景规划算法设计与问题攻坚能力。 • 熟练掌握 C++ ，熟悉 Python，具备较强的算法实现、工程开发及性能优化能力。 • 具备自动驾驶量产项目经验；有 End-to-End Planning、轨迹后处理、优化求解器开发或量产落地经验者优先
